It is with a mix of emotions that I share an important update about Vertex Arena in 2024.
After years of being a part of your lives, we have made the difficult decision to close our current location on January 29th. However, this isn't goodbye; it's a "see you later" as we prepare to embark on an exciting new chapter. Vertex Arena is relocating, and we're thrilled about the possibilities that lie ahead.
Your unwavering support has kept our spirits high for many years, and we extend our deepest thanks for letting us be a part of such a wonderful community. As we transition, we invite you to join us in the coming weeks during our limited hours for activity before marking the end of an era and the beginning of a new adventure.
Those of you who already have events booked with us after January 29th, we are getting in contact for reschedules or cancellations. Thank you for your patience during this process.

Relocation FAQ
Q: Why are you relocating?
A: Vertex Arena has been looking to expand and grow in the continuously changing entertainment industry ever since we reopened from Covid-19 closures in 2021. However, the size of our facility and what attractions we are able to allow is limiting. The recent opportunity to leave our current facility under a tight time window has us looking for places to move to, and we are looking to communicate big news on this front once more is in place.
Q: Where are you relocating to?
A: We are actively looking at properties but have no conclusive home yet. If you want to be notified for news on the new location, please put your email in the link below. The opportunity to relocate was a small window, so we will have more details to release on our new home once we have them.

Q: What can I do with my Vertex Arena Free passes/Gift Cards?
A: They are available for use at our facility during business hours until January 29th. Gift cards are a digital balance that can only be used at this Vertex Arena location, so we encourage anyone to use their gift cards in the coming weeks until we close our doors on January 29th. We also encourage anyone with Free passes to use them prior to the 29th.
Q: What can I do with my Vertex Arena Groupons?
A: ANY Groupon will be able to be redeemed between now and January 28th on any day of the week regardless of its original restrictions. As long as we have space for your activity during business hours, we will be able to redeem your Groupon!
If you are looking to refund your Groupon; request a refund for your unused Vertex Arena Groupons via Groupon’s website, since Groupon is the company with record of your purchase, they will be able to provide refunds for any passes sold.
Q: I would like to book a birthday party with Vertex Arena before the Redmond facility closes, is this possible?
A: We have made the difficult decision to halt new birthday party bookings at Vertex Arena in order to accommodate the parties already booked with us that are needing to be rescheduled
Q: I have a party scheduled for a date past your expected closure, what is happening to my event?
A: Email correspondence has already been sent out to every party booked beyond January 28th with options for rescheduling the event or cancelation. If you have any additional questions or wish to contact us regarding the state of your party, please email RSVP@vertexarena.com.
